Timberline Farms was founded in 1977 by Marc & Joanne Gagne’ as a trucking company that specialized in the residential delivery of Firewood, Sand, Stone and Gravel. As time went on, our firewood delivery led the company in the direction of chimney sweeping and repair services, which were initiated in the late 70’s. Approximately 10 years after our company began operations, we became incorporated under the name of AAA Timberline Inc.  Over time, we concentrated on expanding our fireplace and chimney service business. 

Today, AAA Timberline prides itself on the strong relationship it shares with homeowners and small businesses. We established and preserve these relationships by allowing our customers to realize and achieve the full potential of their fireplace and the safety of their chimney and other venting products in their home. Our customer relations are centered around our considerate, sincere and well trained employees.  

Our current services include chimney maintenance at all levels including the repair, relining and restoration of fireplace and furnace chimneys. We also sell and service gas and wood burning fireplaces, inserts, and stoves. Our showroom displays 10 gas and wood-burning fireplaces, inserts and stoves.  We also provide professional maintenance services such as fireplace and chimney sweeping, evaluation services including closed circuit internal video inspections should you need documentation and reports to submit to your insurance company regarding a chimney fire or any other insurance claim.  We can also provide consulting work in the area of chimney and vent design.

Currently, AAA Timberline is Western New York’s most qualified fireplace and chimney service with 3 CSIA and NFI professional technicians on staff. Nearly three decades of professional experience and the most rigorous training in the country have helped us achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
